We offer CrossFit. Yoga and Nutrition for Kids and Teens and all sorts of special programs and events geared to our next generation.
Our classes are for everyone. Athletic children love the improvements in their sports performance and typically non-athletic children surprise themselves with new successes as they gain confidence and conditioning. We help kids and teens grow their self esteem, handle stress and take pleasure in the new abilities of their minds and bodies.

Starting to feel more like adult yoga we take a playful approach to exploring asana, balance, breath and focus. We promote healthy habits and self-belief and always work on respiration and releasing tension.
